• Prospect new leads through business and industry prospecting.
• Negotiate and close service agreements, achieving monthly quota and driving commissions to uncapped limits.
• Represent the company at trade associations, promoting products and services.
• Work independently in the field, managing route‑based assignments and maintaining effective customer service.

• Minimum age 18.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of direct B2B sales experience.
• Preferred 2 years sales experience in home services.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug, criminal and motor‑vehicle background checks.

• Must obtain appropriate pesticide license within first 90 days.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks: bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach overhead, inspect small spaces.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
