Entry-Level Sales Representative

Halo Pest Control – Deliver Peace of Mind, One Home at a Time

Halo Pest Control is a local, customer-focused pest control company dedicated to helping homeowners and businesses feel safe and confident in their spaces. We're looking for driven, energetic individuals to join our seasonal door-to-door sales team and help connect families to our expert pest protection services.

No experience? No problem. We provide complete training, one-on-one mentorship, team environment and ongoing support to help you succeed and maximize your earnings.

What You'll Do
  • Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to sell Halo's pest control services
  • Educate homeowners, build rapport, and sign people up for pest control
  • The average sales pitch and sale takes 6 total minutes on the door. The sign up process takes 3 minutes.
  • Follow Halo's proven sales process to connect customers with tailored protection plans
  • Track leads, follow up, and ensure a smooth experience from first contact to service setup
  • Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment
What We're Looking For
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented individuals ready to work outdoors and talk to people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to work in assigned areas
  • Ability to walk door to door in the summer heat
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and drive to learn and grow in sales
  • Previous customer service, sales, retail, or door-to-door experience is a plus (not required)

    Schedule:

    Our main market runs March through October
  • Minimum Commitment: 90 days (most reps work a 4-month summer season)
  • 40+ hour weeks
  • Optional Winter Blitz Trips: 1–2 week paid travel opportunities to our Houston market (flights & lodging covered) for extra income during the off-season

  • Halo's average rookie (1st yr) made 32k in a 4-month summer
