We seek a qualified Sales Manager focused on driving sales and service excellence within our luxury fitness brand. • Base pay plus commission on sales

• Generate leads through grassroots marketing and networking
• Implement sales processes to convert prospects into classes
• Drive membership and retail sales
• Manage staff schedules
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure stock accuracy
• Supervise Sales Representatives
• Utilize gym management software and POS systems for reports
• Make high-level customer service decisions
• Collect outstanding dues
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
• Enforce policies and procedures
• Participate in community events and promotions
• Manage marketing campaigns for lead generation
• Perform other duties as assigned

• At least 2 years of fitness or relevant sales experience (preferred)
• Proven ability to generate personal sales and train staff
• Experience managing multiple revenue streams
• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment
• Solution-oriented with a competitive spirit
• Strong judgment for improvements
• Passion for fitness
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Highly organized with proficiency in data management
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work harmoniously with others
• Proficiency with computers and studio software
• College Degree (preferred)
• This is a full-time role requiring flexible schedule including nights and weekends
