Company Profile

Our client is a nearly four-decade-old, family-led firm specializing in leadership development and mastermind coaching. The company is now focused on scaling its business through three distinct revenue engines, including a leadership development platform. They are looking to hire a hands-on, individual contributor Enterprise Sales Executive to work alongside the founding team and establish a repeatable, scalable sales motion.

Job Description
  • Build and manage an enterprise-level sales pipeline from scratch, acting as a hunter with patience for longer sales cycles.
  • Consultatively sell bundled, multi-offer leadership development solutions to senior executive buyers (CEO, CHRO, L&D, VP-level).
  • Establish a repeatable, professional sales process to operationalize a scalable sales motion that supports the company s three distinct revenue engines.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience with a proven ability to sell intangible service based offerings
  • Hunter mentality, proactive, self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress - not afraid to pick up the phone and set meetings to achieve goals.
  • Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills, comfortable selling multi-offer solutions to senior executive buyers (CEO, CHRO, L&D, VP-level).
Location

This is a remote opportunity where ideal candidates will be based within 1-3 hours of Nashville, TN, or reside in the South (Central or Eastern time zones).

Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
Total Comp: $130,000 - $160,000 uncapped
