Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Builder Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Builder Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our builder accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in builder sales or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Flooring industry
  • Experience with RFMS software and sales automation tools
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Manage and grow builder accounts by building strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance and market trends
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics
Skills

As a Builder Sales Account Manager, you will utilize your excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will also use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Your ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, as well as your experience with CRM software and sales automation tools, will be critical to your success in this role.
