Do you excel at building long-term client relationships and driving revenue growth in a consultative sales environment? , a 30+ year leader in aviation media and aircraft marketing, is seeking an experienced Executive Sales Director to grow our aircraft-for-sale advertising business and expand market share.
This role is ideal for a proven sales professional who can manage and grow an established book of business, identify and close new opportunities, and represent as a trusted industry partner.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, retain, and expand relationships with existing clients through strategic account management and consultative selling
- Identify, prospect, and engage new qualified clients to drive revenue growth
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Maintain an organized pipeline and accurately track activity, opportunities, and results in the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales leadership and teammates to strategically grow territory and market presence
- Apply advanced sales techniques and continuously refine approach based on performance insights
- Represent professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Maintain detailed, professional client notes and documentation in internal systems
- Proven success in B2B sales, account management, or advertising/media sales
- Demonstrated ability to manage long-term client relationships and close new business
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
- Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Aviation industry experience is a plus, but not required
