Base pay range

$65,000 - $150,000 per year

Southern Roofing and Renovations seeks a Sales Manager to lead a high‑performance roofing sales team. The role combines field sales training, roof climbing, and strategic partnership development in a renovation‑focused environment.

• Manage and coach the sales team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Implement sales strategies to align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
• Set individual sales targets and quotas for each Sales Representative.
• Conduct weekly one‑on‑one meetings with Sales Representatives.
• Provide ongoing training and development for Sales Representatives.
• Encourage professional growth.
• Utilize analytics tools to track sales trends and generate reports.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and develop new business connections.
• Develop strategic partnerships with other construction and renovation‑related businesses, suppliers, and industry professionals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the construction or renovation industry.
• Experience with B2C D2D selling.
