Renewal by Andersen is seeking outgoing, motivated Event Marketing Representatives to represent our brand at home shows, fairs, retail locations, and community events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, building rapport, and working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

As an Event Marketing Representative, you will be the face of our brand—sparking conversations with homeowners, educating them on our products, and setting qualified in-home design consultations for our professional design consultants.

• Engage and interact with homeowners at events, home shows, retail locations, and community activations
• Initiate conversations, build rapport, and educate prospects on our window and door solutions
• Set qualified in-home consultation appointments for design consultants
• Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site brand presentation as needed

• Confident communicator with a friendly, people-first attitude
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Prior customer-facing, sales, or event experience is a plus, but not required

Starting pay: $16–$17 per hour, based on experience.

$50 bonus per qualified appointment (demo).

Event Marketers who consistently meet performance goals can expect to earn approximately $50,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more based on performance.
