ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are looking for outstanding, brilliant, and driven account executives who are passionate about consultative selling. This Account Executive will undergo training and development to learn healthcare revenue cycle management as well as advanced selling skills. The role involves working closely with the Manager of Sales to implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve business objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Identify new sales opportunities by prospecting potential and existing clients to meet targets.
  • Develop action plans and schedules to achieve specific sales goals.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals from marketing activities.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, contracts, and other sales materials.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry and products, adapting to market and competitive changes.
  • Build and manage relationships at all levels within accounts.
  • Communicate new products, services, initiatives, and relevant information to clients.
  • Manage multiple daily sales tasks efficiently.
  • Develop territory strategies to enhance market penetration and brand awareness.
  • Prepare status reports on activities, closings, follow-ups, and goal progress.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role.
  • Strong customer relationship skills and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Team player who is comfortable asking for help and assisting others.
  • Enthusiastic about owning and achieving sales quotas.
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
