Base pay range

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales & Design professional to join our team. As Residential Sales & Design, you will be responsible for creating and presenting design solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your ultimate goal will be to provide our clients with a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Strong communication, customer service and relations, prospecting and sales skills are essential.

In addition to the product related experience, experience conducting In Home consultations and completing transactions while in the client's home is a plus.

As a Residential Sales & Design, you will use your design skills to create and present solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will also use your communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and work closely with our sales team. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and design solutions.

Competitive base salary ($40,000-$45,000 base) during training, base + commission as you build your business, and full commission with unlimited earning potential thereafter
