Financial Advisor

• Prospect and locate clients
• Set appointments
• Meet prospects to analyze their unique financial needs
• Prepare financial plans
• Recommend/sell specific, appropriate products
• Network with business partners to create opportunities
• Service current accounts
• Other duties as assigned

• BS/BA required
• 2 years of brokerage experience and at least $100,000 in prior 12‑month trail in commissions
• Marketing and sales experience
• Natural interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Self‑confidence, persistence, and initiative
• Entrepreneurial perspective
• Series 7, 66 or 63/65 combo and Insurance License

• Work in a professional office environment with extended periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer.
• Converse clearly in person, over the phone, and via electronic communication.
• Occasional standing, walking, and reaching to meet clients or access office materials.
• Lift and carry up to 10–20 pounds occasionally.
• Travel to client locations, branch offices, and business events; may require driving a personal or company vehicle.
• Manual dexterity for keyboarding, writing, and handling documents.
• Visual acuity to review financial documents, screens, contracts, and reports accurately.
