• Perform thorough roof inspections and evaluations to assess client needs.
• Educate clients on roofing systems, warranties, and high‑end product options.

• Coordinate hand‑off to production teams, or optionally manage project oversight for additional earnings.
• Maintain regular client communication from initial consultation through project completion.
• Track sales activity and project status using internal systems.
• Stay informed on current roofing trends and materials to provide expert consultation.

• 3+ years of roofing sales or related construction experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable and safe on rooftops; physically able to perform roof inspections.
• Ability to learn and sell various roofing systems and solutions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Commission‑only structure with potential to earn $80,000-$250,000+ annually.
