Charter Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-time;
On-site

Responsibilities:
  • Follow a structured sales process to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales effectively.
  • Apply company pricing guidelines strategically to maximize margins while remaining competitive.
  • Proactively follow up on sales quotes as outlined in the company’s quote follow-up process.
  • Leverage past client relationships and history to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify and develop new business leads through outreach and networking.
  • Complete and submit charter orders accurately and promptly, ensuring payment is collected in accordance with company procedures.
  • Work with clients to obtain complete travel itineraries, including any special requirements, in a timely manner.
  • Maintain current and accurate booking information by processing changes and updates promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with operations, dispatch, and the marketing team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales and service process.
  • Respond to customer concerns professionally and ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and company offerings.
  • Attend events and engage with current and potential clients to strengthen business relationships.
Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in transportation, travel, or hospitality industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
