Exterior Sales Consultant

At A&S Construction, a trusted name in Louisville and surrounding areas, we are expanding and seeking a highly motivated, energetic Exterior Sales Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will work with warm leads, expand our customer base, and close deals. With no limits on commission, your hard work and dedication directly impact your paycheck, offering endless opportunities to maximize your income.

• Run 10‑12 warm leads per week
• Work unsupervised and be self‑motivated
• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs
• Negotiate and secure successful agreements
• Maintain detailed notes/checklists on consultations
• Attend weekly sales meetings (KPI reinforcement)
• Exhibit in company‑sponsored trade/home shows

• 3+ years of Home Improvement/Construction experience (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation
