Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) (T0780) role s position involves delivering excellent guest experience, strong operations, and compelling visual merchandising to meet guest needs and support sales.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Sort and push freight to the sales floor, locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set and maintain visual presentations and guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability on the floor through priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization and locate merchandise to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with proper signing.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Assist guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Ability to communicate via multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other tech.
• Effective communication, ability to work independently and with a team, and resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurately handle cash operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and lift/move merchandise up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions depending on role (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Ability to remain mobile for entire shift.
