Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.75 USD per hour.

All about Target and about Style consultative selling and guest experience, including in-store presentations, visual merchandising, and helping guests discover products.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor with priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as products sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the salesfloor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive-up; comply with applicable laws.
• Greet guests, engage to solve needs, and thank them for shopping with Target.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• You thrive in a fast-moving, physically demanding environment with teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving.
• Flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).
• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused and complete tasks within time frames.

• Cash handling as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; remain mobile during shifts.
