We are currently seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The position offers an hourly wage of $12.00 to $15.00, with the potential to earn up to 8% commission on transactions, which could average an additional $1.56 per hour on top of your base pay.

The Retail Sales Associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers to process sales, loans, and other transactions, working with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations). The role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining the sales floor, and adhering to legal and company policies.
Responsibilities- Develop rapport with customers and recommend financial solutions.
- Perform open/close procedures, handle sales and loan transactions, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Complete training and perform other related duties as needed.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Willingness to work with firearms and become certified.
- Minimum age of 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service orientation, multitasking ability, and basic math skills.
- Cash handling experience preferred, flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and computer literacy.
