Retail Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The position offers an hourly wage of $12.00 to $15.00, with the potential to earn up to 8% commission on transactions, which could average an additional $1.56 per hour on top of your base pay.

The Retail Sales Associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers to process sales, loans, and other transactions, working with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations). The role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining the sales floor, and adhering to legal and company policies.

• Develop rapport with customers and recommend financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures, handle sales and loan transactions, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Complete training and perform other related duties as needed.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to work with firearms and become certified.
• Minimum age of 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation, multitasking ability, and basic math skills.
• Cash handling experience preferred, flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and computer literacy.
