SALES ASSOCIATE – Part-Time

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and hard-working part-time sales associates! The Sales Associate provides exemplary selling and customer service to improve store productivity and profitability. They offer product recommendations and solutions, serve as role models for retail best practices, and focus on sales, service, and relationship-building. Responsibilities also include inventory management, stocking, housekeeping, and assisting with stockroom duties. The Sales Associate reports directly to the Store Manager and works closely with the corporate team.

Required Qualifications:

• If under 18, must meet work permit requirements.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Proof of legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong customer engagement and consultative selling skills.
• Effective communication skills, adaptability, and tech proficiency.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the business.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks required for the role.
• Exposure to dust, cleaning agents, and noise; work may occur at heights or outdoors.
• Continuous communication with customers and team members is essential.

Employment Status:

This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position, typically working 6-20 hours per week, not exceeding 28 hours on average.
