Meat Cutter and Wrapper at Sam's Club

Your attention to detail and steady hand will help sell a quality product to our members. Work in our meat department and you’ll be on the front‑lines of customer service—your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed and answer any questions they may have
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area
• Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and be flexible to business needs
• Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety, sanitation, inventory, and equipment maintenance; prepare meat products per standards
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates
• Ensure operational excellence, maintain work area, uphold quality and date control, secure fragile merchandise, eliminate waste, assist members with purchasing, and package, label, store merchandise properly
• Model high‑quality service as an ambassador for the department, execute basics at highest level, exhibit energy, commitment, passion
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; use Open Door Policy and apply in business processes
• Complete work assignments prioritizing policies, data, resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers; identify priorities; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change, difficulty, feedback

Live Better U is a company‑paid education benefit program for full‑time and part‑time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities.
