Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at 8404 Preston Hwy in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts effectively
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
• Handle customer interactions and resolve issues professionally
• Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
• Assist in inventory management and supply ordering

• Support the store manager in implementing business strategies
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization

• Proven experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in the food service industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or hospitality is a plus

• Experience leading a team; you will manage a staff of 3 to 15 people during your shift, using your attitude and motivational skills to guide them and create a positive work environment
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; you will need access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license
• You are expected to be a role model in punctuality, attitude, customer and coworker interactions, and professional appearance
• Stores are open 365 days a year; flexibility to work when the team needs you most, including weekends and holidays
• You must be at least 18 years old
