Job Description

Domino’s Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 12416 Dixie Highway location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading our dedicated team to success.

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Ensure excellent customer service by setting a positive example and maintaining high standards
  • Manage and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures consistently
  • Handle staffing, scheduling, and paperwork efficiently
  • Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
  • Assist in marketing initiatives and work towards achieving profitability goals
  • Operate all equipment and prepare products according to company standards
  • Process telephone orders and manage inventory effectively
  • Collaborate with the store manager to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license with 1-2 years of driving experience (depending on age)
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
  • Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team members
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail
  • Superior customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team management experience preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
