Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 7924 Fegenbush Ln location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to achieve our goals.

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
• Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and delivery
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Participate in hands‑on tasks such as answering phones, taking orders, and food preparation
• Contribute to a positive work environment and promote team collaboration
• Assist the Store Manager in implementing company policies and procedures
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance store performance

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Strong math and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial management
• Knowledge of store operations and inventory management
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Experience in running shifts in a retail or food service setting (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food safety certification (preferred, but training can be provided)

• Experience leading a team; manage a staff of 3 to 15 people with motivation and attendance.
• A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver's license required.
• Set a great example in punctuality, attitude, customer interaction, and dress code.
• Stores open 365 days a week, so flexible schedule required and willingness to work during peak periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
