We are looking for purpose-driven Team Members to become ambassadors of our brand. As a Team Member you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Team Member will be passionate about the brand and willing to take on new challenges.

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Preps fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids as needed.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a customer-first attitude.
• Energetic and dynamic team members who are excited about health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast-food environment is preferred but not required.

• Team Member must be able to operate a blender and POS cashier system.
• Team Member must be able to move boxes weighing up to 55 lbs. throughout the store.
• Team Member must be able to bend, reach, and scoop throughout shifts.
• Team Member must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens.
• Team Member must work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  
  Hours:
  
  7 a.m.–9 p.m. (Mon–Fri); 8 a.m.–9 p.m. (Sat); 10 a.m.–8 p.m. (Sun).
• Team Member must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Team Member must have reliable transportation.
