• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.

• Make guests aware of current promos, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Thank guests and express appreciation for choosing to shop at Target.
• Understand and discuss the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Explain how to use features and offerings within the Target App, including Wallet.
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering, and guide guests to enroll, activate and use these features.
• Handle returns following register prompts and collaborate with Leaders as needed to resolve guest issues per Target policies.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area by removing unpurchased items, baskets, and hangers as needed.
• Stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to assist guests.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up (OPU), Drive-up (DU) orders and DU returns while complying with applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws where relevant).
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle checkout operations, transactions, and support cash office operations as needed.
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance as needed.
• Reliable and prompt attendance with a flexible work schedule.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift and work in varying temperatures and conditions as required by Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
