The Accounts Receivable Specialist ensures accuracy, integrity, and timely recording of accounts receivable transactions for Yum! Brands’ U.S. brands. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including Accounts Receivable, U.S. Control, Franchise Administration, Legal, and Planning—as well as franchisees to support accurate sales reporting, cash application, and compliance with Yum! accounting policies and SOX requirements.

This position is remote, with candidates required to reside in the Louisville, KY area. Occasional in-office presence at the Louisville RSC may be expected for trainings, meetings, and other business needs.

$54,300 - $60,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job‑related factors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field and/or 2+ years of relevant accounts receivable or accounting experience.
• Strong systems proficiency, including JD Edwards and Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.
• Resides in or around the Louisville, KY area
• Experience in a large private or publicly traded company (preferred).
• Experience in the QSR or retail environment (preferred).
