Position: Seasonal Special Diet Chef / Sous Chef — On-Site
A seasonal summer food services company seeks Culinary Professionals, specifically a Special Diet (Allergen) Chef / Sous Chef, for hands-on role at summer camps. Responsibilities include executing a comprehensive food service program, managing dietary restrictions, and supervising kitchen staff.
