The Lead Bartender is responsible for safely and efficiently providing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food, while ensuring complete guest satisfaction. This position will also assist the manager in training, coaching, delegating and overseeing duties of bar staff, and ensuring our guests receive a high level of customer service from all team members. Flexibility to work opening or closing shifts is preferred.

- Provide high-level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead bartender with opening and closing responsibilities preferred.
- Must be of legal drinking age; high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- TIPS certification preferred;
Allergy Awareness training helpful.
