Our franchise organization, TBD Foods, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

The Utility Person / Dishwasher is responsible for various duties that significantly impact the guests’ dining experience. Maintaining cleanliness is crucial, as guests prioritize this factor when choosing a restaurant. The Utility Person / Dishwasher handles general cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant, with dishwashing being a key part of the role.

• Provides clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests.
• Cleans the interior of the restaurant to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Cleans the exterior of the building and parking lot.
• Checks, cleans, and stocks restrooms.
• Empties trash into the dumpster and maintains cleanliness of trash cans and the back dock area.
• Organizes and cleans the utility area thoroughly.
• Follows the duty roster, ensuring cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
• Complies with local health department regulations.

Operational Excellence:

• Stocks the Cook, Line, and Server areas with appropriate utensils and dishes.
• Maintains high standards of organization, speed, and cleanliness.
• Reports equipment and facility issues to the Manager.

Guest Service:

• Understands and follows responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
