Our Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of responsibilities depending on your interest:

• Food Runner: Deliver orders to guests in the dining room and ensure they have what they need; refill drinks and respond to guest requests after the food has been delivered; protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies; other duties as requested by management.
• Busser: Prepare dining room for guests by cleaning tables and chairs; maintain table setting by removing plates as completed and being alert to guest spills or other special needs; maintain dining room by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping floors and removing trash, and cleaning up spills; protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies; other duties as requested by management.
• Dishwasher: Ensure availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware; prepare dish area and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking; unload and store deliveries as needed; sweep and mop floors, especially if items are broken or spilled; take out the trash and rinse garbage cans; protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies;
  
  other duties as requested by manager.
• Prep Cook: Prepare foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions; prepare food of consistent quality with recipe cards and production and portion standards; clean and sanitize station at beginning and end of shift which may include light dishwashing; protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies; other duties as requested by management.
• Line Cook: Maintain food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils; manage sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas; read food orders and/or receive verbal instructions required and prepare orders quickly and accurately; clean and restock station at the beginning and end of each shift, prep additional items as necessary; ensure prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements; protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies;
