• Operate the dishwashing machine and compartment sink efficiently.
• Maintain a consistent pace to keep sufficient service ware available.
• Ensure all items are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and personal hygiene per company guidelines.
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards to keep a safe work environment.
• Perform side work as required.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
