Leasing Professional – The District at Hurstbourne | Louisville, KY

Brookside Properties is hiring a Leasing Professional to join our team at The District ’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Leasing experience and bilingual skills are preferred
.

• Competitive hourly pay with high commission potential

• Greet and assist prospective residents, conduct tours, and close leases
• Maintain accurate and organized resident and property files
• Ensure vacant apartments and model units are tour-ready
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and requests
• Promote the community through outreach and social media
• Stay informed on rental rates, lease terms, policies, and amenities
• Assist with daily property inspections and reporting

• High school diploma or GED
• Leasing experience preferred. Strong customer service or sales background required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel;
  Entrata experience a bonus
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to walk property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Must be available to work Saturdays
