As a groomer at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Plainview, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in a supportive setting, working with dogs of all sizes and breeds. We offer a flexible, rewarding environment where your expertise and creativity are valued.
What We’re Looking For- Proven experience in dog grooming, including breed‑specific cuts
- Dependability, punctuality, and patience
- A genuine love for animals and outstanding customer service skills
- Commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail
- Team player with availability to work at least one weekend day
- Competitive salary with uncapped commissions + tips
- Flexible schedule tailored to your needs
- Quarterly bonus after 120 days (for qualified groomers)
- Yearly tool sharpening allowance
- Equipment and supplies provided (tubs, tables, dryers, shampoos, etc.)
- Personalized marketing support to grow your client base

- Paid time off (up to 5 days in your first year) and paid holidays
- Earn up to $100K annually! Based on a 50% commission and tips, experienced groomers can earn between $65,000 and $100,000 annually.
