ResponsibilitiesThe Surgical Transplant ICU is a 13-bed inpatient critical care unit. This ICU cares for critically ill adult patient populations including pre/post solid organ transplants and recovers them straight from the OR. They also care for many other surgical specialties (colorectal, liver, pancreas, urology, hepatobiliary, general surgery).
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for license in Kentucky
- Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for some units
- Associate’s degree from accredited college or University
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or University
