Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab travel assignment requiring 2+ years of recent cath lab experience and an active KY or compact RN license.

• Position is based in the Cardiac Cath Lab of a hospital setting
• Typical schedule is 7am to 7pm or 7am to 5pm
• Travel assignment duration is 13 weeks
• No local travelers permitted per 50-mile radius rule
• Duties include providing nursing care to cardiac patients undergoing diagnostics and interventions in the cath lab
• Onsite CPI training will be available as needed
• Candidates must comply with dress code and infection control requirements
• US citizens only;
  Canadian SSN not accepted

• Active KY or compact RN license with no disciplinary history
• Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
• Current AHA certifications including BLS and ACLS that do not expire during assignment
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required; proof of completion must be provided
• CPI certification required; may be completed onsite
• All candidates must be fully vaccinated for Flu and COVID
• Candidates must provide a US Social Security Number
• Gaps in work history of 3 months or more require an explanation
