Job Summary
Presbyterian Homes of Kentucky is hiring for a Part‑Time LPN for Rose Anna Hughes Home on our Louisville campus. At Presbyterian Homes of Kentucky, our culture is based on caring and compassion.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs and medical information as needed
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Communicate with patients and families regarding care and treatment
- Make periodic checks to ensure the prescribed treatments are being properly administered by nursing staff
- Active LPN license in the state of Kentucky
- Experience in long‑term care preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts
