As an RN at Nazareth Home, you will provide nursing services to residents consistent with their comprehensive assessment and plan of care. You will maintain a homelike environment for residents. You will protect and promote resident rights. You will assist each resident to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent possible.
THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
- Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse
- Current CPR certification
:
Two Nazareth Home campuses
- Clifton - 2120 Payne Street, Louisville, KY 40206
- Highlands – 2000 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205
- RN Charge – 6:30am to 7:00pm full time
- RN Supervisor – 6:30pm to 7:00am
- Desk Nurse -- 6:30am to 7:00pm full time
- ADON --- Monday through Friday days full time
- Unit Manager -- Monday through Friday days full time
- PRN
- RN Weekend Supervisor – 12-hour shift Saturday and Sunday
- RN House Supervisor
-12-hour nights full time
