Annual compensation details:

• Base salary: $240,000
• Quality Bonus: $6,000
• Acuity Bonus: $13,000
• Estimated Call Pay: $19,000
• Total estimated compensation: $278,000

PTO: 8 weeks

Sign-on bonus options: $40,000/year for 2 years or $60,000/year for 3 years
