Norton Clinical Agency is now offering Registered Nurses flexible scheduling and competitive pay while being a part of the Norton Healthcare team.
Current unit needs:
- ICU - Night shifts
- PCU - Day and Night shifts
- Med/surg/tele - Day and Night shifts
- ED - Night shifts
- Endoscopy - Day shifts
- PACU - Day shifts
- OR - Day shifts
Norton Clinical Agency staffs all 9 of our facilities in Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana. We currently have these options available:
RN Regional Float positions for RNs who live within 75 miles of their work locations:
- Opportunity to earn over $67 an hour
, plus shift differential when taking long term assignments - Opportunity to float within our 9 of our facilities in Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
- Assignments in both adult and pediatric units based on experience
- Flexible employment options
RN Norton Traveler positions for RNs who live 75+ miles outside of their work locations:
- Opportunity to earn over $52 an hour
, plus shift differential when taking long term assignments - Receive a tax-free, bi-weekly lodging stipend in addition to hourly pay
- Opportunity to float within our 9 of our facilities in Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
- Assignments in both adult and pediatric units based on experience
- Flexible employment options

QualificationsRequired:
- 2 years acute care RN experience OR one year of acute-care RN experience and 2 years of acute-care LPN experience
- Diploma or Associate Nursing
- Registered Nurse (KY & IN)
- Must have and maintain an active Compact/Multistate RN license or active RN licensure in both KY and IN
