We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (PCU) to join a leading healthcare facility in Louisville, KY
. In this role, you’ll provide intermediate-level care to patients requiring close monitoring and specialized nursing intervention.
You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical units.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct patient care in the PCU in accordance with nursing standards.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Collaborate with physicians and care teams for patient plans.
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
Provide patient/family education and emotional support.
RequirementsActive RN license (KY or Compact).
Minimum 1 year of PCU or Step-Down experience (recent).
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Ability to adapt in fast-paced acute settings.
