- Nurses are responsible for caring for residents who require extended medical care. You will oversee treatments and ensure compliance with prescribed therapies. In your role, you will:
- Work closely with a dedicated team of nurses, medication aides, caregivers, dietary aides, housekeepers, case managers, and nurse leaders to provide exceptional care.
- Ensure clinical practices meet high safety and sanitation standards while following professional nursing guidelines.
- Keep documentation, medication administration, resident care, safety, staff training, quality improvement, and resident rights in line with facility standards.
- Often provide care for residents with dementia, advanced wound care needs, dialysis, heart failure, and IV medications.
- active RN or LPN Kentucky license required
- 2 Years Of Experience In Long-term Care Setting Preferred
- well-developed clinical skills are essential
- experience with a team nursing approach
- consent to a background check and drug screen
