About our Emergency DepartmentBaptist Louisville Emergency Department is a fast‑paced ED that treats an average of more than 170 patients per day. We are recognized by the American Heart Association as both a STEMI receiving center and a Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center. The ages of those treated range from neonate to geriatric.
