About the Unit:
We are looking for high performing Registered Nurses to join our team and provide best practice post‑op care in our Critical Care Step Down/Vascular‑Thoracic Unit. This highly specialized, high‑acuity 21‑bed unit provides care to patients post vascular and thoracic surgery. Our care delivery is evidence‑based and our interdisciplinary team is highly collegial. This active, fast‑paced unit cares for patients who have had carotid surgery, lower extremity bypass, aneurysm repairs, arterial‑lines, advanced DVT intervention, chest tubes, etc.
RNs in this unit have autonomous scheduling and do an every third‑weekend rotation.Learn about our benefits and our newly revised RN pay scale.
