Registered Nurse – Hourly

Bluegrass Surgery and Laser Center is currently searching for a Full‑time Registered OR Nurse to work Monday‑Friday shifts (four 10‑hour shifts). The position requires a collaborative working relationship with staff and physicians and involves the full spectrum of peri‑operative care.

• Prepare patients for procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures.
• Provide care for patients in recovery.
• Actively participate in all Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to perform safe, individualized care throughout the pre‑op, intra‑op, and post‑operative process.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state license to practice as a registered nurse.
• Basic cardiac life support certification and ACLS.
• At least two years of registered nurse experience in acute care nursing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in acute care nursing knowledge and skills.
