ResponsibilitiesPTCA (Angioplasty Recovery) is a 14-bed advanced cardiovascular interventional unit that provides pre- and post-procedural care for acute cardiology patients. This includes:
- Cardiac catheterization (diagnostic & intervention with sheath pull)
- Electrophysiology procedures (ablations, pacemaker insertions, ICD placements)
- TAVRs
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Kentucky
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
