Responsibilities5 Towers is a 21-bed advanced heart failure intermediate care unit specializing in:
- Congestive heart failure
- Pre- and post-heart transplant care
- Left ventricular assist devices
- Total artificial hearts
- Management of pulmonary arterial hypertension
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Kentucky
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for some units
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
