Join Norton Healthcare as an RN in our GI Specialty Inpatient Unit. This role offers a night shift from 6:45p to 7:15a with no required work on Fridays or Saturdays.
ResponsibilitiesA professional nurse is accountable for the care of a group of patients. The RN focuses on safe, effective patient and family‑centered care, customer satisfaction, and quality outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
maintaining a financially stable unit, promoting professional development through evidence‑based practice, supervising licensed and non‑licensed staff, applying the Kristin M. Swanson Model of Care to assess, develop, implement, and evaluate patient plans, and mentoring/precepting staff.

- No experience required for full‑time or part‑time positions. If PRN, must have one year of RN/LPN experience in an inpatient, acute‑care setting.
- Diploma or associate nursing education.
- Registered Nurse (KY) license.
