Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part Time Open! StoryPoint Northfiled Must haves from you to be a Nurse Supervisor/LPN:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state. Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- Punctuality and professionalism are important factors.
- Passionate about working with the elderly.
- Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.
- Responsible for evaluating residents and reporting changes in condition to physicians.
- Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR).
- Communicate effectively with team, residents, and families.
- Build strong relationships.
