As an Assistant Nurse Manager you will work collaboratively with the Nurse Manager to create and maintain a financially stable unit, and to promote self and staff development. In addition, the Assistant Nurse Manager supervises licensed and non‑licensed staff members and when assuming a direct care role has the responsibility to assess, develop, implement and evaluate plans of care.
