What We Need You to Do

As the RN (registered nurse) assistant unit manager, you will supervise and provide quality nursing care within the Rehab unit. You will work closely with the unit manager and the director of nursing, maintain the quality and adequacy of nursing practice, coordinate nursing and training programs, and assist in solving professional, administrative, and supervisory problems. You will observe and report results obtained.

Qualifications
  • Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
  • Current BLS CPR certification.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a charge nurse in a long‑term care setting (preferred).
  • IV therapy course (preferred).
  • License/Certification: RN and CPR (BLS).
Work Hours
  • Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
  • Salaried position.
  • Nursing on‑call rotation required.
