Position Overview

Director of Nursing (DON, RN) at Trilogy Health Services, LLC leads the Nursing Services Department, oversees resident health concerns, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role reports to the Executive Director/Administrator and the Medical Director.

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department and its programs and activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the Health Campus.
• Lead the clinical team with a focus on clinical and customer service excellence.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an ongoing quality assurance program for the nursing service department and execute appropriate plans of action to correct identified deficiencies.
• Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies and ensure facility compliance with laws and regulations governing the Health Campus.

• Associate degree in Nursing or advanced degree in Nursing.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Must hold and maintain a current, valid state RN license and current, valid CPR certification.
